Key Role

• Trainer develops, plans, and implements training programs, and associated policies and procedures
• Researches new training techniques to enhance existing training programs
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Typically reports to an executive

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Lifestyle poly
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area
• 7 years of experience as a trainer or instructional development specialist
• Documented experience in technical or IT knowledge transferance
