DENTAL INSURANCE (Offered through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield)
Solvern Innovations offers Dental Service through the CareFirst Regional Traditional Indemnity Dental Program.

VISION CARE (Blue Vision Plus offered through Davis Vision, Inc.)
Blue Vision Plus provides both in-network and out-of-network discounted vision care for Solvern Innovations employees.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Solvern Innovations provides a 401(k) plan for all eligible employees. Any allocated contributions are made with pre-tax dollars and can be invested in a variety of mutual funds selected by the employee.

Life Insurance
Solvern Innovations offers employees the option of obtaining life insurance coverage.

Short Term Disability and other AFLAC Products
Solvern Innovations has teamed up with AFLAC to provide employees with the option of enrolling in various optional programs.

Professional Development
Solvern Innovations encourages the development of eligible employees and encourages them to remain technically and professionally sophisticated. All employees are eligible to receive tuition/certification assistance after six months of employment with the company, and will remain eligible as long as employee performance is and continues to meet satisfactory standards. To that end, Solvern Innovations offers the following to promote the professional development of each employee.
