Program Management Office / SETA Support

• Technical assistance with program and requirements management, information security systems management, and independent verification and validation of the ever-expanding IT capabilities that support the entire range of the missions and tasks
• Insight into management controls, cost controls, and performance measures
• Establish a performance-based management system that meets needs with the best value to the Government
• Set up and manage the requirements management processes and effectively use DOD Intelligence Information Systems (DODIIS) tools and techniques for the program and requirements management functions
• Provide INFOSEC systems oversight and management services for systems to ensure that all maintain proper security and meet their mission requirements
