Enterprise Architecture
- Lead Architect for developing Capability Description Document (CDD) Appendix B Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products for critical intelligence dissemination mission capability modernization program. CDD and architecture products received Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and Milestone Review Board (MRB) approvals
- Hosted working team sessions with Dissemination subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop UML use cases for OV-1 and operational scenarios for OV-6c products
- Lead effort to develop OV-5 products that aligned with SME-produced CDD description of authoring, content management, delivery, and health and status monitoring capabilities. Hosted product reviews with SMEs to review and approve ICOMs
- Coordinated technical exchanges with technical leads knowledgeable in legacy Dissemination systems to develop To-Be SV-4s that reflect minimization of redundant technologies and optimized reuse
- Lead Architect for developing DoDAF products for In-Progress Review (IPR) of a major COMINT modernization program. Effort required coordination between SIGINT domain experts and Information Technology (IT) organization leaders
- Lead Architect for developing Enterprise SIGINT architecture products. Coordinated efforts with agency’s Government Lead Systems Engineers (LSEs) from Dissemination, Analysis & Production (A&P), Processing & Exploitation (P&E), and Access & Collection (A&C) domains
- Lead the effort to capture high level system function data flow diagrams from Dissemination, A&P, P&E and A&C domains in order to create a cohesive end-to-end representation of system data exchanges in SV-4 data flow diagrams (DFDs)
- Team lead responsible for directing efforts of SIGINT data modeling team tasked to produce community-wide data model to maximize data sharing at all stages of intelligence production process
- Lead the development of Enterprise SIGINT SV-5 (Dated June 2004) which mapped extensive list of system functions (ordered according to Integrated Service Taxonomy) to Operational Activities
