• Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) for JAVA-based TechELINT database and application development. Responsible for leading program through requirements gathering efforts across over two dozen CONUS and OCONUS customer sites
• Lead developer of requirements Storyboard, a web-based representation of user community requests
• Developed System Requirements Specification (SRS), System Design Document (SDD), Sub-system Design Documents (SSDDs) and hosted program’s initial System Requirements Review (SRR)
• Lead efforts to analyze legacy business processes in responding to Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Questions for Formal Response (QFRs), and in managing customer Requests for Information (RFIs) during initial U.S. operations in Afghanistan following September 11
• Process modeler for emerging Analysis and Production (A&P) Systems Engineering Office (SEO) designing business processes between strategic planning, architecture development and requirements management teams
• Supported Business Process Model (BPM) re-engineering effort for mission-critical Request For Information (RFI) management application during initial U.S. operations in Afghanistan
